color="#787878"><span style="color:#5c585a;font-size:16px;">第一次尝试用莲藕煲鲫鱼汤。以前坐月子的时候百度到莲藕是有催乳作用的,正好家里只剩下一小节莲藕,就觉着莲藕炖鲫鱼汤应该靠谱。果然,熬出的鲫鱼汤那不是一般的白啊!!!而且还有莲藕的清香。这是一次成功的尝试,胜利的尝试!</span></font></p><p><font style="color:#5c585a;">3.油温5成热,中偏小的火候,开始慢慢煎鱼,一定不能心急,等到鱼身能翻动才翻鱼,不然就破皮了!</span></span></font></p><p><font color="#787878"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#5c585a;">4.下热开水,开始熬鱼汤。一般我喜欢最后用什么容器盛鱼汤,就用什么容器来舀水,这样便于掌握水量。我用了将近3砂锅的水</span></span></font></p><p><font color="#787878"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#5c585a;">5.接着下生姜,就盖上锅盖,大火熬鱼汤了</span></span></font></p><p><font color="#787878"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#5c585a;">6.水开后投入莲藕片,继续盖锅盖,并且保持大火熬上15分钟左右</span></span></font></p><p><font color="#787878"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#5c585a;">7.8.被大火滚过的鲫鱼释放了全部的营养,这时可以转入砂锅中开始小火煨了。继续用小火煨个20分钟左右,鱼汤就好了</span></span></font></p><p><font color="#787878"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span
